JBM The Agency is the professional artist management division of the Starstruck Stage School. It represents some of Ireland's leading actors and performers both at home and abroad for all theatrical and television productions, films, commercials, fashion and editorial shoots and voiceovers. At the forefront of discovering and nurturing the careers of some of Ireland's newest talent, the agency has gone from strength to strength with many of our clients featuring regularly on stage and screen. Clients include Miramax Films, MTV, BBC, RTE, ITV, SKY Television Network, Disney, TG4, Channel 4, The Abbey Theatre, The Olympia and The Gaiety Theatre.

All students who enrol in the school will have the exclusive opportunity to join the agency and attend auditions throughout the year. Each year students are notified of the annual agency photoshoot and audition day.

Auditions are a marvellous experience for young people helping them to develop their life skills alongside their artistic talents. One must always remember that it is a bonus if you get the part and a great experience if you don't.
